The big life questions- Part 2

PART 2: Christian faith.

It's Conflict-causing.

Hmmm...there have definitely been conflicts involving people who are Christians, can't deny that! Religion has caused conflicts. Religion is still causing full on wars.

Living a life of faith is not really causing though eh, but people are... Who doesn't enjoy a little 'pot stirring' every now and then? Hehe :P Whether its with our sibling, school friend, teacher, boss, physiotherapist, checkout man/lady, etc...I'm definitely guilty of it!

We were born cheeky, ready to push boundaries and causing conflict.

I remember as a kid refusing to eat my spaghetti and instead tipping it on my head (which seemed the better option at the time...dunno how, haha!). Teasing my sister. Rumpelstiltskin tantrums, Cruel thoughts to classmates or competitors... Gee, I was even (and still can be) nasty to myself a lot of the time!

I easily stir up trouble without much reasoning and hold grudges We don't know whats best for us sometimes and our need to cause conflict really can have some not-so-fun consequences!

It doesn't really seem to matter what you believe in...whether its the Blues rugby team (poor you...they may win some day!), Lewis Road chocolate milk, your own good looks, 1080 (or not), Paleo food or God... whatever you believe in and/or follow can set you up for conflict. That's because you might want to stand up for it when someone else has a different belief. Pretty often its just the two people fighting for the sake of a reason to fight against one another or a misunderstanding just makes a spark!
